Alan Alda turns 74 today. It's probably ridiculously dorky to admit, but I deeply love
M*A*S*H. It was one of my grandpa's favorite shows when I was little and he must have engendered an appreciation for it in me because if I'm channel surfing and it's on, I must watch it. My life-long affection for
M*A*S*H aside, I've also adored Alan Alda in a million other things - I totally dig the movie
The Four Seasons, I loved him as the doctor with alzheimers on
ER and as the Senator/Presidential hopeful on the final season of
The West Wing, and tons of other movie roles I can't think of off the top of my head.
Teeny, tiny, cutey patootey Elijah Wood is 29 today.
